  • Copy of valid Driver’s License
  • Copy of verification of income – last 5 paychecks
  • $50 application fee payable by check, cash, or money order. If Continental Properety Management LLC and the Applicant enter into a Lease Agreement, the $50 application fee will be creadited to the Applicant.
